Dave oversees sales of The WorkPlace Solution. With over 40 years experience in risk management and insurance, he started  his career  with his own Nationwide Agency in 1971.  In seventeen years he built that into the largest agency in the history of Nationwide with clients in 16 states and $14 million in volume.  He was awarded numerous national Agent of the Year awards for risk management work with large accounts.

Dave started Sinclair Risk and Financial Management in 1987.  The company designed cash flow and risk transfer programs for accounts such as US AIR, Westinghouse, Coca-Cola MidAtlantic, Northeast Utilities, Kyla Inc., Ames Department Stores, State of Virginia, North Carolina Forestry Self Insurance Trust and numerous trucking businesses and waste hauling companies.

Sinclair’s Risk Safeguard Advantage system was born out of a philosophy that combines uncommon risk analysis and strategic risk management with human resources consulting and training to provide measurable, sustainable results. The proprietary platform is a financial risk management system designed to dramatically reduce organizational exposures and premium costs while consistently improving team productivity and morale.

Sinclair Risk has won numerous national honors including President Club and Agency of the Year Awards from Travelers, Utica National, Atlantic Mutual, Central Insurance, Liberty Mutual, State Auto, MiddleOak and Hanover Insurance.  Their most significant award is 15 consecutive years as a nationally recognized Best Practices Agency by the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America.

Dave attended the University of Miami where he majored in Risk Management and Insurance, Finance and Marketing.
